Easily recognised by their glowing green light, Synergetic tubes have been synonymous with the Insect-O-Cutor brand for over 20 years. The patented technology behind the success of the green tubes is based on a unique phosphor mix, creating a broader ‘two peak’ wavelength which is proven to attract a wider range of insects.

Many insect pests of public health, stored product and agricultural importance have evolved visual pigments which allow them to perceive green light. Our independent testing, carried out by I2L in Cardiff, proved that Synergetic tubes attract the common housefly as effectively as traditional blue UV tubes, giving you the best of both UV technologies.

Peaking at both 350nm and 540nm means that a wide diversity of insects are more attracted to Synergetic light, including greenhouse whiteflies, silverleaf whiteflies, thrips, leafhoppers, Indian meal moths, tropical warehouse moths, Mediterranean flour moths, warehouse moths, plus many more!
